ANOTHER WIN FOR OUR HOLLYWOOD HOSPITAL SOUTH BLOCK PROJECT

Our Hollywood Hospital South Block project has taken home top honours at the Western Australian and National AIB Professional Excellence in Building Awards.

Completed in March 2022, the project involved the design and construction of a new emergency department, three 30-bed wards and the expansion of the existing radiology unit at one of Perth’s most prominent hospitals.

“We were fortunate to have such a great, collaborative team. I think this is the key to a project’s success, especially one which is complicated and undertaken in an operational environment. We had everyone working together, the client, our consultant team, the superintendent and our subcontractors and suppliers. All working towards the same goal,” said Project Manager Jay Whitman.

The project was delivered ahead of schedule and without any disruptions to the day-to-day running of the hospital.
