- Feasibility, concept design and due diligence – includes analysis and resolution of all planning and regulatory approval matters, preliminary design, options analysis, feasibility modelling, risk identification, cash flow analysis, project and construction planning, and value management
- Design and documentation – includes preparing consultant briefs, consultant selection and management, facilitating project and design brief development, management of the design and approvals process, contract documentation, project delivery advice and recommendations and compiling development budgets.
- Procurement – includes contract strategy development, preparing contract conditions with solicitors, preparing tender documentation and tender lists, appointment strategy, tender evaluation and recommendations.
- Development / construction – includes preparing and monitoring development and construction programs, monitoring contract administration and budgets, quality assurance, project reporting, client and contractor liaison, and coordinating project handover
- Post development / construction - this includes defects management, resolution of outstanding contractual claims, settlement of final fees and accounts, processing of final certificate and contract release, and collation of warranties, operation manuals and as built drawings
